CollectSoft for Softrax is an extensive collection tool for utilization by Softrax users. CollectSoft will allow the collection staff to preview customer balances; view average days to pay; view average days outstanding; and view high balance and current balance. The collection staff can now manage their communications with customers through direct email functionality, enabling them to send confirmation notes to clients. CollectSoft also has the ability to attach multiple documents to invoices, and allow the staff to view all and open invoices.
